Various security and fire alarm systems are usually connected to an Sms or Remrad system. When an alarm occurs, the alarm system signals the user on a selected telephone number and transmits a message of the alarm.
Currently Riskfit have developed a new solution to monitor and support fire alarm panels remotely through a controlled software programme. The system can be accessed by RiskFit employees only with the permission of the end user. Subsequently the system is interrogated and assistance offered thereby reducing costs in unnecessary call outs.
